I used these bags to seal cat food and after 3 different attempts the bag failed the vacuum and leaked. The bag had micro tears where the cat food had punctured it. They're just little round bits of cat food. This tells me that these pouches aren't very strong and you should only buy them if you're vacuuming up wet/soft ingredients and are looking elsewhere for pouches that work with dry pet food or other similar ingredients. .
