I wanted this for my desk to organize some papers and to have a place to put paperwork for people to pick up. This looked like the perfect thing.Made in China, first let me say that in the pictures in the listing it shows a drawer which is not included. It also shows a divider in the back which this does not include nor is there a place for a divider in the back pocket. So, this seems to be a different model.That said, this really does work well for me.It comes well wrapped and protected and arrived in good shape. It comes with 6 screws (4 are needed) and a little screw driver.It has hinges that allow you to fold it into the basic shape. Then, just put the screws into a little tube that is attached in the top rear of the unit. Once those are secured, there is another tube that goes across the front and attaches with two more screws.Next, just slide the shelves into the unit and you are ready to go. It takes less than about 5 minutes.There are little pads on the bottom that protect the desk top which is really nice.I use the back pocket for items that people need to pick up and the 3 shelves in the front to organize paperwork that I am working on and need to access quickly. It is sturdy and doesn't take up a lot of space.It would be a 5 star except that it is not the one that was shown in the listing but I do like it. The manufacturer needs to correct the listing.I hope this was helpful.I would definitely recommend this one but the current price at the time of this review is a bit steep since this is a version with no drawer or extra divider.
