I've been looking for a good snowsuit for a long time, I wanted to avoid having to wear multiple layers on my little one on cold days. It's very well made and I love that the pants and sleeves can be made a few inches longer as my child grows (there are blue stitching on the inside with instructions on how to take them off). I also like that the velcro closure the softer side is attached to the skin. . Some outerwear on the market has a big problem getting the velcro attached properly so it doesn't irritate your baby's skin. The hood is very well made, it's almost like a hat, the ears sit securely on it. It's not one of those huge hoods that won't hold up when the wind blows into them. I think it's warm enough for southern winters around 32F (I only wear tights or thin long sleeve knit leggings and a sweatshirt underneath), but we haven't tried it in colder conditions. My baby is 2 years old. and she's in the 99th percentile (2'10" and 35 pounds) so I bought a size 3T. The pants and sleeves are 1-2 inches longer than she needs so I just roll them up, but the waist fits well and has room to be comfortable without being too baggy.
