I have to say I have hesitated to try this product(s) mainly because the many positive. The responses I read were from people who were discounted to try the product for their "unbiased" review of the product(s). After many years of abstinence from the hobby of aquaristics, I have decided to do what I have loved for many years again. . But to my surprise, a lot has changed compared to more than 40 years ago. Long story short, I currently have two tanks - both nano tanks. My 16 gallons are heavily stocked with 3 Phantom Tetras and 2 Harlequin Rasboras + 3 Amano Shrimp and 4 Assassin Snails. My ammonia and nitrites have been zero for the last 4 weeks (battery 62 days old) but my nitrates are steadily increasing. At 40ppm I usually do a water change. Yesterday my nitrates were in the 40-60ppm range. Instead of a water change, I used both a clarifier and a gravel cleaner. This morning my nitrate level was 20 ppm. As you've probably guessed, I was pleasantly surprised. In another tank, a 5.5 gallon quarantine tank with some Christmas moss and a moss ball with a cory that had ic and was lethargic, I also added these two products. Since yesterday I'm not getting my ammonia and nitrite levels down to 0, as well as some low nitrates. Reading today after using your products was 0 ammonia, nitrate the same but a slight increase in nitrite which I believe is due to 0 ammonia. And Corey is active and eating again. I am a very satisfied customer and was NOT asked to try their product for an unbiased review. I am happy to report that Natural Rapport has a great product.
