Maybe it was Alison Roman who had me convinced that I needed to own a fish spatula, despite not being a fan of fish, but it was a great piece of advice. This "fish" spatula is the perfect spatula for everyday use and has become one of my most used kitchen tools. I wasn't in the market for the additional tools in this set but for the price of all three, it was well worth it. Never knew how much I needed this cake knife, especially! I've already used it a few times and it's way better than what I had already. The handles of these tools are not my favorite as they look a little cheap to me but I think that's just me being picky. This set has great value!
