This strap is perfect if you have an iPhone 5 in a case. I've been using it for running and gardening for several months. The bag accommodates a phone with a case that has enough elasticity to keep it in place. I have a Commuter Otterbox but it works with others like Rescue. Velcro for headphone cords on the side is a great idea. I run an extra cable through it and it prevents it from bouncing which has always bothered me. I also use it to store my headphone cord when not in use. The touchscreen works great in the case and I can easily adjust the volume on the side of the case. The strap easily attaches to my hand and my hands are larger than average. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.
