CM. UPDATE BELOW! The bristles are very hard. I feel like it will hurt my gums if I keep using it. I will order the same product from Oral B's website to see if the bristles soften. Also too much packaging. Waste. I bought the exact same product (sensitive gum brushes) from the Oral-B website. The bristles are much softer and there are a lot more bristles on the head. The toothbrush head on the left (see photo) is the one I bought from Oral-B. You can see the difference. Product packaging from Oral-B website is included for comparison to product from this website. It is probably the same product. Don't ruin your gums by using a product from this site.
