I suspect the Fram rating will hold less than the Motorcraft rating. However, what is currently in my truck is a different fram. These valves are so easy to swap out that it literally takes longer to open and close the hood after I'm done than it does to swap out any of those PVC valves. . If you're someone who gets 100,000 for a PVC cost then buy Motorcraft. He probably won't make it to 100k, but he might have a better chance. The PVC levels should be changed every year or two, this has a big impact on engine performance and this fram is well built to last a couple of years and I'm not worried about it failing. If the Motorcraft values cost the same I would buy them, but for a third of the cost they will perform just as well as the Motorcraft for the couple of years that I will be using them in my truck.
