I don't understand how anyone can be disappointed with this product!

I've had this board for two months now and I really like it. I use it every day and it's still in great condition and I haven't had to take a layer off. It cleans easily. Even after cutting the beets, it washes clean, the dirt does not settle in the marks of the knives. I love this board!
