The software makes it easy for me as an Account Director/Sales Manager who handles multiple accounts from different geographies without having my hands tied behind myself by not being able to see all data simultaneously (even though we have our own custom reports).
I like that they provide many templates so there's no need reinventing everything each month! It can be difficult using some functions if their support team doesen't respond quickly which leads into issues where work gets pushed back unnecessarily because something hasn’t been fixed yet - although usually these problems resolve themselves shortly after receiving feedback about them via email / phone call etc.- but sometimes things do take longer than expected especially during busy times between Christmas & New Year period.
