I was happy to get a nice snow-white coat for the winter, but. oh my god 🤦‍♀️ I ordered medium and I'm 5'4/120lbs tall. I usually wear small but wanted something bigger so I could wear sweaters underneath without being too tight. I admit it does. but the environment is huge. I mean, this thing cuts off the middle of the lower leg, and the "thighs" are 3 inches above my knees. To be honest, I could do without it. By god I would put up with it because I hate going to the post office for a refund. BUT. It was dirty. The fluffy parts of the hood were covered in ugly brown streaks, and there were a few small brown spots on the outside of the coat. Part of the hood is quite a hassle to put on. 10 buttons are visible on the hood of the coat and you need to sew the loops (on the fluffy part) to the hood.
