Custom "Android " Radio

Installed on my f250 and found the entire subwoofer control screen shown in the instructions is missing. Contacted support and they helped fix the issue with a firmware update but that didn't help. So my device was missing an entire OS partition that should have been there. Otherwise, it could be said that this is not the real "Android OS" that everyone is used to. Rather, it is a custom Android-like operating system.
