I was inclined to give this product less than five stars but the customer service and responsiveness was excellent. The first issue I faced was the packaging. Nowhere on the product packaging does it say it is "anti-glare" - that's why I bought this screen protector. This is supported by the anti-fingerprint protection as well as the HD resolution. Before I removed my current clear glass screen protector and installed the CarWiner screen protector, I contacted the seller. I thought they might sell both clear (high resolution) and anti-reflective protection. The next day I received an answer that the product was indeed anti-reflective. Basically nothing bad. The second problem is installation related. I followed the instructions on the back of the packaging exactly. Step 4 clearly says place the protection "red mark" in the top left corner, which is what I did. After removing all the dust, attaching the screen and removing the bubbles, I ran my finger along the edges. The corners lined up perfectly, but there was a slight bulge at the top and a matching gap at the bottom. Not important, but noticeable. I've found that the Tesla screen isn't perfectly symmetrical from top to bottom. The screen was installed upside down. I contacted the seller again who immediately offered a replacement and advised me to check the packaging before removing the protective back cover. Apparently the red tag is out of place on some screens. Despite the extra hassle of replacing the screen protector, I find the product excellent and the customer service excellent.
