I bought a set of these cartridges a year ago and my printer didn't even recognize them to print. The company contacted me and sent me a new set of cartridges which worked great and lasted a long time. I thought the faulty kit was an accident and bought another kit in October. Now I have them installed and at first my printer didn't recognize them but I followed some help tips and ran an alignment and a test page and everything seems to be working fine. But now, just a few days later, my prints are blurry and I can't fix it no matter what I do. I'm a teacher and my students even complain about horrible printouts. I am very disappointed in this product and at the moment consider their products a waste of money if they don't work the same as original HP cartridges. Buyers beware - you get what you pay for.
