I would NOT recommend this product for weight loss on a ketogenic diet. I used it for 3 days and it did nothing. It doesn't even contain the ingredients you need to transition your body to keto. Do your research first. Don't waste your money like me. They will not refund your money. Big scam. I will never use this company again. I wouldn't even give it a star but it made me!
