Doesn't even properly perform its advertised main function.

I bought this torque limiter for one reason only. Because of its ability to limit torque. First-ever attempt at a 90-foot torque limiter. Double check with a one-click torque wrench, this 90 ft. lb. Torque limit knob has been tightened to 140 ft. lbs! It literally defeats the entire advertised purpose of this tool.
