Not bad for Hori.

So I've just played around with this thing for a few hours, made a pros and cons list and snapped a few photos. the loveliest thing about it. Much better than the small joycon buttons. They don't feel too soft and have a comfortable click feel. It just doesn't click as much as joycons. It feels more solid and connected than even joycons. The thing is really good. Pretty light so the Switch doesn't feel as heavy as it looks. In fact, it feels surprisingly lighter than the Satisfye grip. It has a few extra buttons which are always great to have, although I doubt I'll ever use them, but still a plus. feeling to click, which is good. It's not super soft either, but somewhere in between. The sticks click feels pleasantly light, but not too light. It also has a nice clicking feel. I think they really struck a good balance. Cons: Not a fan of shoulder and trigger buttons. Unfortunately, they seem rather bland and just not that good. In fact, I think they're the worst part of this business. The triggers have a sweet spot, and unless you press them closer to the back of the key, they don't click easily. They really should have done better. The chopsticks are too high for my liking so it will take some time to get used to. Not a fan of the red color either, but a bit of black grip - that solved that problem. - The home button does not wake up the switch, you must always use the power button. - Not much depth, well, at least not compared to Satisfactory Grip. So it's not as comfortable as the Satisfye grip in my opinion. However, compared to joycons, it still feels more comfortable in the hand. Not the best quality plastic, pretty much what I expected from Hori quality. While it's not terrible, I wish it was better. So overall I like it and will probably use it a lot at home. You just have to get used to the feeling.
