I have not been able to try the product out yet because the whole package had a very strong scent —like perfume which I cannot tolerate, unfortunately. I have set them outside for several weeks in fresh air but they still are heavily scented. I may need to wash, air out, repeat and hope they are still in good condition by the time I can hopefully use them. Giving two stars for now (may need to donate and hope they work for someone else) but will review again if able to use in the near future. Disappointed because I had good plans for using them in my daily exercises.
