I don't play golf as much as I used to but wish I had some of these practice balls when I played quite a bit. The problem with most practice golf is that you have to pack your clubs, drive to the range or course, grab some balls and a practice station, and leave. If you just want to chill with them and hit some right-sized balls, you can do so at home if you have space, or on the net. I'm even considering building a golf hole to use them and take advantage of their limited flight. Taking this idea further, I read that when Jack Nicklaus was designing a golf course somewhere in the Caymans, there wasn't enough land to support a standard sized golf course, so he asked a golf ball manufacturer to make a special ball that would be like that as close as possible to a standard ball, but could carry about half as much. It was called the Cayman ball and was suitable for a smaller field. The same idea seems possible on a smaller scale with these balls. Perhaps you could create an interesting 9 or 18 hole course on a fairly modest piece of land. I'd like to try that.
