I took this protein for the first time, so I can't be entirely objective. And with such bad taste! Initially, the odor It does indeed smell like soap, apple, and cinnamon. Second, all that's there is a bucket of cinnamon! Everything falls to the bottom. And you just consume grains in the end. When consuming a drink, the same soapy sensation is felt. Additionally, the cinnamon provides all of the sweetness; it is not overly sweet. The flavor is quite unprofessional. I didn't enjoy.
