Well that was a disappointment! I love Swiffer products and thought it would be great to achieve high ceilings and ceiling fans. What a disappointment. The wand is a piece of VERY cheap plastic. That's all. You can slide it into three parts, but it still doesn't take very long. Well, if you're not three feet tall that's probably good enough for your cleaning purposes, but if you have really high ceilings it won't do you much good. The sticks snap into place and only a small plastic button releases them. She. When this is done they fold back into a very short pole if desired. Seriously, the quality of the plastic is closer to what I would expect from a dollar store than a branded product. Cleaning towels are nice and fluffy. They are reversible as you can move the stick more on this Swiffer. The pole that the real fabric is strung on can rotate in any direction, allowing you to maneuver it as a left-handed or right-handed person. A NOTICE. Before you move you need to press the button. It locks into place when you release it and holds your head in that position. I wasn't impressed at all with the cheapness of the plastic, and I'm not sure how long the bar will actually last. But I was able to clean the ceiling fan blades with little effort and even managed to clean up behind our old TV (not flat screen - one of the kind that needs its own zip code) which had more dust on it than I'd like to admit. (No one could get there.) Thank you for helping people get to hard-to-reach or high places to collect the dust. Thumbs down because they could have used a much higher quality plastic.
