Henry has terrible separation anxiety and is blind so he cries when he thinks he's alone. I was very skeptical about this shirt just because the meds don't work that well. I'm surprised how well this works. He wags his tail when I put it on him and falls asleep right in the den of his desk. Henry is an 11 year old with special needs and he gives this 5 stars because it feels better. I should add that you MUST follow the instructions and put the shirt on at a time when the dog is relaxed and not stressed and do this gradually. Don't just put it on for the first time during a storm and expect it to work. Also check the dressing instructions, it can be confusing the first time but it is important to do it right.
