I'm a size 12 outdoor shoe and have tried on a size 11 and 12 in these. Make no mistake, they will NOT be comfortable the first few times you put them on, it's just the design of the shoe. With that in mind, I felt the 12s were too big for the space I had in the heel of the shoe. I kept size 11 and have never looked back. After a few weeks they wear off and seem to be the best bouldering boulders I've ever worn, but I wish I could accept that and go down another half size. Bite your teeth and go through the first few sessions, you'll regret the size gain in the long run.
