Owned for less than 4 months and no longer works.

My fish were acting strangely and I noticed that the temperature of the heater was above normal. I tried to fix it and in less than 24 hours the temperature was HOT but the water was cold. I immediately ran to the nearest pet store and bought a new heater for my fish. It's one thing to have an aquarium heater for years, but I've owned it for less than 4 months.
