Sharper than my ex's wit

Based on my experience, these knives are a game changer in the Home and Kitchen category... They glide through meats and veggies like a hot knife through butter. The quality of these knives is impressive and the handles are comfortable to hold. Although they are a bit on the expensive side, they are worth every penny. The only con i could think of is that they are so sharp you have to be careful when using them. All in all, a great investment for any serious home cook..
