I received two of these a few days ago, went to the lake with friends to try it out, unfortunately one of the packs is leaking, after a few meters in the water the bag started to leak and there is Bubbles, I'm disappointed that it's a safety device, so I have to trust the quality and don't expect leakage the first time you use it, the risk of life. I've attached a video showing the situation. Tell me how to proceed! Update: I received a prompt response and my money back, I appreciate it.
