These knives are sharp and solidly built. I especially like that its handle and blade are built in one solid piece, avoiding the chance of trapping dirt, thus easier to clean. These knives are nice and simple. They wash up very well in the dishwasher. They are very sharp. They feel light-weight, like the handles are hollow and the blade is thin. But they cut well and don''t seem like they will bend easily. The block is fine. The cutting board is small but very handy. It is easy to clean.
