The dentist recommended brushing your teeth with silicone bristle brushes or a whole circle. The brush cleans the teeth well due to rotational movements. It takes a long time. If the bristles are in good condition, then I think it makes no sense to throw them away, I periodically clean them with hydrogen peroxide. Rinse well, not like my son. (See photo).
