I have a Roku joystick. The HDMI input on my TV is in a place where a flash drive won't fit. I needed an extension cord so I could use it. I had an older model so it hasn't been a problem until now. It would also be fine if you have a wall-mounted TV and can't get to the HDMI port. I'm not good with electronics so I wasn't sure if this would work. The last cable I received didn't work and is non-refundable. Also works with my Firestick. I'm glad I can now enjoy using it.
