Review on Efficient Norpro Stainless 🧀 Steel Grater for Easy Food Preparation by Jill Lee

This scrap is made of the thinnest and cheapest sheet metal. I've only used it 3 maybe 4 times and the handle broke. The metal is also so thin that the grater doesn't hold its shape, making it very difficult to use when grating potatoes or anything with the substance. I wrote to the seller with my complaint, not only no return but aggressive responses questioning my right to complain at all. "We are sorry that your item has already broken after 3 months. As a seller, we do not give the end user any guarantees. You can contact Norpro and see if they are willing to replace it for you if they offer a warranty on their products. Many Thanks. ." A good seller stands by his product, even if more than 3 months have passed.
