I needed something to cut a 2" white foam out of the center of a spoked wheel for a theatrical performance. loosen and warp over time because the plastic that surrounding the probe is literally melted and loosened. Inside, as you disassemble, you can see that one of the power conductors is connected to the probe itself, and the neutral wire is connected to the copper sleeve that holds the probe and therefore the spot where it attaches touch, heats up and can do its job. The main thing is that it doesn't get hot anymore. Obviously I pushed it further than it was calculated. I may have used it longer than intended in one session. Perhaps the material was thicker than I expected. with intended for. I replaced it with 2 packs of another brand where the probe is from heat-dissipating surrounded by metal, which was a great success.
