In general, the phone is like a beautiful capricious girl. Pleases with its capabilities and prospects, but in everyday life you want something more practical and reliable. With its pros. I wanted to return the phone because of the terrible service. But, I liked it so much that I decided to wait for an exchange for a working one. 1. It is very beautiful, light, pleasant in hand. The cameras don't stick out too much, thankfully. 2. Very convenient control, navigation. After Xiaomi, I get high. All with the mind, all for the people. A lot of individual settings that allow you to tailor the phone specifically to your needs and tastes. 3. Great photos and videos. My husband has an iPhone 12, the quality is about the same in the photo. But the video on the iPhone is still cooler, especially in low light. 4. I am very pleased with the set - a phone, samsung live buds headphones and a samsung watch 4 watch. They all work together smoothly and conveniently, full of cool and useful functions. It is a pity that a hardy battery could only be made on headphones. Cons: 1. SERVICE! The husband gave the phone before NG, and fortunately, he did not wait for the holiday itself, he gave it right away. Because the phone turned out to be defective - the screen twitched and blinked, clicks were heard when the sound was played. I called the service. They replied that they would send a service master and he would look. It turns out that visiting masters can only change the firmware. Everything else needs to be done at the service center, which still needs to be reached. So I had to go and wait a long time in line at Hong Kongskaya, because the firmware did not solve the problem. A few days later it turned out that the repair costs 67 thousand. That is the same as the phone. Fortunately, they agreed to just change the device without a refund. BUT it cost me almost daily calls to the service for two weeks! To say I'm disappointed with the service is an understatement. At Apple, the marriage is changed to a new body and that's it. And here it is not clear why, with their defective phone, I still have to travel somewhere, sit in lines, call them and write. Moreover, you don’t want this when you get the flagship model. 2. AMOLED screen. Yes beautiful. But after the past on the IPS screen, the difference is very noticeable - the eyes flow out after half an hour. Therefore, I cannot part with the past - I have to use two phones. PWM really is. You have to turn on 80% brightness and use some tricks to muffle this brightness. It is not clear even, someone uses SUCH brightness? The manufacturer decided to make super brightness, spitting on eye health, possible headaches, etc. 3. Charging and battery. Enough charge for a day of average use. But it's nothing. It infuriates that it can only be charged normally from its powerful 25 V charger. With the rest, the approximate time is from 2 hours or more. With this about 1.5 hours. It is generally unrealistic to charge it from a mobile phone - it writes 7 hours)))) so for the navigator I use the old body, less capricious
