The support team are very helpful at all times! Nothing really as I am not currently working in any of their offices and it has been over 6 months since we had an issue with our account manager being unavailable. A great tool for managing your workloads across multiple projects and clients. We manage many small jobs/projects that don't require full time resources within one software package which reduces administration cost greatly.
