I received the box with the seal already broken. But I opened it up all the way, thinking maybe the tape just snapped in the warehouse. It looked brand new and I was happy to unbox it to try it out. However, I unscrewed the parts to find that it had been used before me with the water and coffee grounds in the packaging. Of course I immediately packed it up and sent it back. Because of this, I wasn't able to try the product I was waiting for.
