This laptop is fast and runs smoothly. If you want to listen to music or videos, you need a small bluetooth speaker. The built-in speakers are some of the worst I've heard on a laptop. It's the same with the microphone. If you want to record or zoom, Facebook Live or other recordings, you need an external microphone. This microphone only works when you are directly in front of you and nearby. Please order Thunder Dock when ordering. You are limited in your connections. USB 3.2 works fine, but there is only one. USB 2.0 is as good as it gets, but there's only one. HDMI works just as well as any other, but only one. The USB-C Thunder port is great, and the docking station I bought, the Castries Upgrade USB C Hub, a 12-in-1 tri-display laptop hub, works well. This gives you more options and allows you to run more items at once. All in all this is a very good laptop for what I do.
