This laptop is fast and runs smoothly. If you want to listen to music or videos, you need a small bluetooth speaker. The built-in speakers are some of the worst I've heard on a laptop. It's the same with the microphone. If you want to record or zoom, Facebook Live or other recordings, you need an external microphone.
