I like that you can use it for both desktop and mobile devices. I'm not sure how well it works with Outlook but so far I've had no issues using it in Chrome or Safari. You can sort of write notes in any order which isn't always possible, especially when writing emails. It's basically Microsoft OneNote but more useful. Also, there are some options out of the box that are less useful than others. That said, we use it to take notes during calls. We don't have employees who would otherwise be taking notes on their personal laptops.
