No more low chairs to struggle out of
Bought these a few years ago to raise the bed. They were not used for this purpose. Getting up from a low chair after back surgery can be challenging. They raise the chair to a comfortable height for me. My only complaint is that they're kind of unsightly under the chair legs. I fixed this by making a skirt that hugs the bottom of the chair and covers the risers. Looks good and works for me. Even if you don't sew, the stapler can still work. Now my matching chairs are the same height and my aging guests are happy too!
