Scalp still itchy after a week of use

Used for eczema for a week. I had to stop using it because my scalp started itching non-stop. Still itchy a month later. A major problem caused by using shampoo and conditioner that was supposed to solve the original scalp eczema problem. Do you think I'm allergic to it?
