Here is a short video test of the Miele Scout RX2 robot vacuum. Highlights of this video: DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT - it doesn't work The Miele support system is really bad, especially for vacuum cleaners The product is interesting, has promising features, but it just isn't ready for the market. The mobile app is a terrible interface, the product is almost impossible to set up. I literally had to spend over an hour on the phone with a product manager to set it up. Once put into operation, the results are very disappointing. I have raised my concerns with the CEO, but even if his people contact me, they can't seem to take any action or resolve my complaint in any way. I always have a positive impression of the Miele brand of kitchen appliances. But if that's how they do business, I would advise never buying anything from Miele.
