DOA batteries suitable for vacuum cleaners

batteries were DOA. Dated 2017, they were 3 years old before I even ordered the device. The labels on the packaging were faded and you could tell the product was old. It's a shame that it was allowed to be sent.

Out of order: vacuum cleaner and floor care

Agree with other rating. Received over Christmas and it really doesn't pick up, especially on hard floors and gets stuck in various places around the house. Really waste of money. A very loyal customer of Miele appliances and that is disappointing to say the least.

Tiny vacuum cleaner that works like a tiny vacuum cleaner instead of a full size vacuum cleaner

I bought the RX2 from a local dealer who offers support. The RX2 has an unusual vacuum for this class. It handles pretty well anything a weak vacuum can pick up, but not heavier items that require a much more powerful vacuum. It has a large battery and cleans our 2,300 square foot first floor on a single charge. The software isn't great and the updates required me to fix the RX2 with my phone. It's tedious but I follow the connection instructions which are simple but require a few connectionโ€ฆ

Then the gentlest vacuum robot. We tried it.

Bought directly after publication via Revain in Germany. The app and the communication with the robot is not perfect. But compared to other applications and robots, there is not much difference. We also have 2 Roomba robots which I use for other parts of the house while the Miele robot is much gentler on my furniture. So yeah, if you have a cluttered house full of crap, your cords are organized, and you're too lazy to have "clean" floors for the vacuum to work. Then this is definitely not forโ€ฆ

Miele Scout RX2 - DO NOT BUY THIS BROKEN PRODUCT

Here is a short video test of the Miele Scout RX2 robot vacuum. The mobile app is a terrible interface, the product is almost impossible to set up. I literally had to spend over an hour on the phone with a product manager to set it up.
