Looks great on the wall. One was badly crumpled when unpacked so I had to iron it before hanging. As items are added (I use paper to organize) the pockets and the entire unit lean forward. When the door is closed, it doesn't stay in place. So I had to attach 3M photo hanging strips to various places on the back (3 on the sides and one in the middle). Just know that it looks beautiful until things are put in the pockets. I plan to buy pocket files to hold papers when papers flop and lean in pockets. But the design is nice and looks handcrafted so I'll do with my extra tweaks as it's more attractive than the cold metal/plastic stationery sold through Office Max etc.
