As you can see in the attached video the battery shows a full charge but carries no load, the protection system switches it off. Connected to a charger, 100% is quickly reached. In one case, the battery charged within minutes and the device could be used for several minutes. The device itself looks very well made and works great. It seems to have quality materials and a good design. I wish I had a faulty battery on mine (shipping box seemed repackaged, maybe annoying after someone else sent it back?) I will be returning it.
