Disappointed best in shaving and hair removal

Used for the first time and very disappointed. It worked great once I got the head to fit. Then when I took it off to clean it and put it back on, as you can see it broke into pieces. I handle them very carefully because I know they are fragile so I was shocked when they broke into pieces.
