The mounting threads on the fasteners did not line up with the mounting holes, so I had to use some muscle to put everything together. The seat developed creases fast, suggesting that the foam rubber within was of poor quality. The floors are safe from damage because of the wheels. It started to creak in odd places after a week or two of use, but all the mechanisms are still intact (3 months of use). The numbness in my back and neck has subsided, so I can sit comfortably. In most cases, a good value, however quality could be enhanced. On December 27 of 2022, we received the following update regarding the chair's health and appearance: it is still in existence, and it looks exactly the same as it did in the initial images. The chair proved to be reliable.
