A few points: 1) There is another model that has a switch for electricity and gas on the bus. Best choice, and 2) there is a permanent hot water tank which will be the best option for some people at night, but I don't know if it also heats from 120V. But most likely not. Another thing, I welded a loop to the gas cap and slowly pulled out the device. Lumps of sealant would be impossible to pull out without gravity. So there is a clue how to get your old one out. Make sure you disable everything before dragging too far.
