I bought size S / M for an adult woman and everything fitted perfectly. I have size 7 shoes but they fit a large/small foot. One thing I found was that the strap and tube was uncomfortable for my ear so I added a buff/headband to protect my ear from the strap and now it's very comfortable. I also like that the mask strap has a ponytail holder. Without the use of a ponytail, Holden, the mask strap kept slipping too low even when I was tightening it. I suggest taking the time to customize this set and find ways to make it comfortable for you before embarking on your snorkeling adventure. It took me a while in front of the mirror to feel great but I think it's going to be a good set! I will update my review after some time in the water. Edit: I took this to Hawaii and did a lot of diving. I felt good and nothing leaked. It was a little difficult to breathe in the tube, but that's normal for me.
