Super cool! but i will reveal the pros and cons

This will be a christmas present for my daughter. She has been asking for a Barbie dream house since she was 3 and last year a lol chalet. I couldn't justify myself with the price. She is 8 years old almost 9. I think we can say the kids have had a rough few years so I gave up this ombre slide, pool, elevator, lighted fire pit and pre-booked mega To see villa we broke. Pros and cons of both building and objects when someone stands on the fence.1. It comes without dolls. We agree though, he's over half my height and makes up for it in many other ways. We still think our daughter will scream when she sees this and finally she has room for LOL games and Barbie dolls. Construction - beep. It's definitely a two person job, one person has to hold the tension and the other has to handle the screws. Do not fully tighten until everything is aligned. We had additional issues with the elevator rails not having their holes lined up perfectly, but it wasn't impossible to figure out. DO NOT TRY ALONE, you will get frustrated and you may break something accidentally.3. Be sure to pay attention to details! ESPECIALLY WHEN SPINNING! The holes are designed to hold furniture in specific spaces. So if you accidentally screw a piece of wood back in, it's almost impossible to take it apart to fix it. We learned this the hard way after assembling the cinema/table pedestal but luckily we were able to fix it. (If you want everything to be like the picture, I've included furnished pedestal and panel mount spinning rooms, as it's easy to get lost in the instructions. Popcorn on the floor goes into the cinema room, etc.) 4. That's at least 2-3 hours work with two people. You have some insane building skills if you can do it in under 2 hours. 5. Be careful not to mix up the screws. The two main pockets, used for almost everything, can easily get mixed up when you're tired and leave parts lying around. They are very similar in size, but if used incorrectly, wood can be pierced.6. Don't attempt to build this business without a full stomach, rest, and breaks. We even finished the assembly of the second day.7. What about nice empty boxes? My daughter will still want them and knowing a cat already likes to jump in and out.8. So after assembling I think it's worth it. It comes with highlights! The detail is amazing omg cat paw prints on the roof! (shown in picture) Spinning wheels-brilliant! The fridge and drawers are stocked with small groceries and treats. Descending into the pool with a palm tree is the most fun. The only complaint I would have is that the elevator is difficult to slide up and down. We think this will diminish over time. That's all. We got up early and tucked it under a blanket surrounded by boring bags until Christmas. We have done this in advance to ensure all details are in place so there is no rush during the holiday season. We know she will love it! Just prepare for the space to be cleared after assembly.
