A bit tricky to assemble but my husband can handle it (he had to drill because one set of holes didn't line up properly) We were definitely impressed with the quality, it's a lot stronger than expected, I was Don't expect the structural part to be that strong. Bought this dollhouse as a surprise for my daughter. The workmanship is really good compared to the other 7 dollhouses we have (mostly plastic waste). The only problem we had was that there weren't enough number 76 screws. Luckily I had my tool box and all my spare parts with me. Maybe prepare ahead of time in case you lose a little in the screw department. 10/10 I would buy again if I didn't think this item would last very long. For my grandchildren! haha
