Very dirty and scratched condition

I don't usually like to write bad reviews but in this case I have to. I ordered 7 photo frames for wedding photos as a gift. Well, every picture frame was dusty, dirty and scratched on the outside of the frame and some had scratches on the glass frame. I am very unhappy and spend so much time removing the dirt that seems to be stuck in the frame, it is so difficult and very time consuming. I don't have time to return them and I'm very surprised by all the very good reviews here which is why I bought them in the first place. Buyer Warning!
